No person shall at any time operate any motor boat on Perch Lake or
Furgers Lake in the Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. The term
"motor boat," for purposes of this article, means any boat propelled by any
type of gasoline-powered motor or mechanical device.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall forfeit to
the Town of St. Joseph a sum of not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each
and every offense, together with the costs of the action, and in default of
immediate payment of said forfeiture and costs said offender shall be confined
in the county jail not exceeding 30 days or until such forfeiture and costs
have been paid in full.
