No major recreational equipment shall be used for living, sleeping or
other occupancy. Parking or storage of such vehicles is not permitted in the
front yard setback areas of any lot, and vehicles are not permitted to be
parked or stored on public streets and rights-of-way. Any storage of such
vehicles in the side and rear yards shall provide appropriate screening from
adjoining properties. Parking or storage of major recreational equipment shall
not be allowed in multifamily developments such as townhouse developments
and apartment complexes where the provided parking is common parking except
upon approval of a site plan or preliminary plan for such parking areas.
Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be a municipal infraction, punishable as enumerated in Chapter
20, Penalties for Infractions.
