It shall be a violation for any owner or person, corporation or business in possession of a motor vehicle to store or permit said motor vehicle to remain upon any premises within the Town of Myersville for a period of more than 30 days after the expiration or the removal of the license plates issued to said vehicle unless said vehicle is stored in a fully enclosed garage, shed, barn or similar covered structure. After said thirty-day period, each day thereafter shall constitute a separate violation hereof.
All owners or persons, corporations or businesses in possession of such motor vehicles so stored or remaining on the premises upon the date of enactment of this chapter and not so stored in a garage, shed, barn or similar covered structure shall be given a period of 30 days after the mailing of written notice to remove said vehicle or vehicles. A failure to comply with said notice within 30 days after notice having been mailed shall constitute a violation of this chapter and each day thereafter shall constitute a separate violation thereof.

Violations of this chapter shall be Class G municipal infractions, punishable in accordance with Chapter 20.
