Where a single lot under individual ownership extends
from one street to another, defined herein as a "through lot," both
frontages shall be subject to the front yard requirements of this
chapter. However, in the case of construction of a single principal
building and/or an accessory building on a through lot, the applicant
shall specify which street line is the front street line. The other
frontage shall be deemed the rear line and shall comply with the rear
yard setback of the district .
