[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees

No person shall at any time discharge any firearm
in any of the public streets or any other places within this village,
except when and where allowed by special resolution of the Board of
Trustees.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine
not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days,
or both, for each violation thereof.
