The position of Assistant Treasurer/Township
Risk Manager is hereby created as a position of the Township.
[Amended 12-30-1996[1]]
The compensation for the positions of Assistant
Treasurer and Township Risk Manager shall be as set by Salary Ordinance
from year to year.[2]
The position of Township Risk Manager shall
be to oversee, supervise and manage claims, issues, information and
dealing with the Township insurance coverage and specifically with
the Joint Insurance Fund.
