Whenever any words and phrases are used in this
chapter, the meaning respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle I of
Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be deemed to
apply to such words and phrases used herein.

Upon written request of the owner of private
property and upon the adoption of a resolution of the Township Committee
authorizing the enforcement of the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title
39 on the subject property, all provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title
39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey shall be applicable
to the subject property.
Whenever certain hours are named in this chapter.
they shall mean either Eastern standard time or Eastern daylight saving
time as may be in current use in the Township.
