Township of Butler, PA Chapter 89 Reimbursement of Expenses

§ 89-1 Qualified reimbursement areas designated.

The following are authorized as qualified reimbursement areas for expenses actually incurred:

A. Cost of lodging.

B. Registration fees.

C. Cost of meals.

D. IRS accepted mileage rate for use of private vehicle; or

E. Actual transportation expenses.

F. Taxes and gratuities.

G. Daily compensation for Township employees.

H. Other allowable reasonable expenses actually incurred.

§ 89-2 Advance payment permitted.

Advance payment in anticipation of expenses is permitted with proper documentation to be completed at the conclusion of the function.
