C.
Members of the Conservation Commission shall serve without pay.

The Town Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Review, the Industrial Commission, and any other municipal board or agency concerned with resource use, shall notify the Conservation Commission of any proposals concerning resource use made by or to any of them.
