This chapter establishes engineering operations in the Town of Johnston
and hereby adopts the following fee schedule for engineering reviews and inspections.
The following shall be the fee schedule for the review of plans providing
engineering proposals and details for various development and construction
proposals in the Town of Johnston:

The following shall be the fee schedule for the field inspections of various Town-approved development and construction projects in the Town of Johnston as they relate to the engineering plan and detail reviews referenced in § 157-2 of this chapter:

This chapter shall take effect upon passage and thereupon all ordinances
and parts of ordinances inconsistent with same are hereby repealed. Said fees
shall be effective for all subdivision and land development projects, pending
or otherwise, that have not received, at a minimum, preliminary approval from
the Planning Board or those building projects which have not been issued a
building permit as of the date of passage.
