A. 
Any person who operates a motorcycle, three-wheeler or other motor vehicle upon the lands of another, or any part, portion or area thereof, after having been forbidden to do so, either orally or in writing, by the owner, lessee, custodian or other person lawfully in charge thereof or after having been forbidden to do so by a sign posted on such lands, buildings, premises or part, portion or area thereof at a place where it may be reasonably seen, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided for in § 168-4.

B. 
Any person who shall mutilate, destroy or take down any "no motor vehicles allowed" sign or poster or similar sign or poster on the lands of another shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided for in § 168-4.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and be punished by a fine not exceeding $500. In order to prepay the fine, such person must pay to the Warren County General District Court, no later than five business days prior to the court date, both a fine of $125 and court processing fees as determined by the Warren County General District Court.
