A. 
No person may:
(1) 
Sell, furnish, or give intoxicating liquor to a person under the legal drinking age;
(2) 
Procure intoxicating liquor for a person under the legal drinking age; or
(3) 
Traffic or deal in intoxicating liquor with a person under the legal drinking age.
B. 
A person who violates this section is subject to the penalty found in Subsection C, except that disposition proceedings against a person under the legal drinking age shall be as provided by § 125.07, Wis. Stats.
C. 
A person who commits a violation is subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-3 of this Code.
A. 
No person shall consume or possess open intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverages as defined by Wisconsin Statutes in, upon, or along any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks or public parking lots or school grounds within the Village limits of the Village of Westfield unless such premises have been specifically licensed by the Village Board of the Village of Westfield for the consumption of said intoxicants in a specific location for a specified period of time.
B. 
This section shall not be construed to prohibit any person from transporting unopened containers of said intoxicants along the thoroughfares in the Village of Westfield, nor to prohibit consumption of said intoxicants upon private property with the owner's consent.
C. 
Any person violating this section shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-3 of this Code.
