There be and hereby is established the position
of Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer for the Borough of Caldwell.
The duties and responsibilities and compensation
for said position shall be as previously exercised and enjoyed by
the Treasurer of the Borough of Caldwell and those conferred upon
the position of Chief Financial Officer by law.
