A.
The Planning Board shall have the power to review
and approve or deny conditional uses or site plans simultaneously
with review for subdivision approval without the developer being required
to make further application to the Planning Board or the Planning
Board being required to hold further hearings.
B.
The longest time period for action by the Planning
Board, whether it be for subdivision, conditional use or site plan
approval, shall apply. Whenever approval of a conditional use is requested
by the developer pursuant to this section, notice of the hearing on
the plat shall include reference to the request for such conditional
use.
A.
Fees shall be as designated in the following:
(1)
Minor subdivision: $50 base fee plus $15 per lot.
(2)
Major subdivision preliminary plat: $100 base fee
plus $15 per lot.
(3)
Revised major subdivision preliminary plat: 1/2 of
original fee.
(4)
Major subdivision final plat: $50 base fee plus $10
per lot.
(5)
Preliminary site plan: $100 base fee plus $0.03 per
square foot of building.
(6)
Revised preliminary site plan: 1/2 of original fee.
(7)
Final site plan: 1/3 of original fee.
(8)
Conditional use: $75 base fee plus the fee for site
plans.
B.
Applicants shall pay fees at the original submission
of plans and upon each resubmission of revised plans.
