GENERAL REFERENCES

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Cooperative Pricing
Ordinance of the Borough of Middlesex."
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Mayor of the
Borough of Middlesex is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperative pricing
agreement with the lead agency.[1]

Editor's Note: Pursuant to the preamble of Ord. No. 1302, the lead
agency is the Township of Cranford.
The lead agency entering into contracts on behalf of the Borough of
Middlesex shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the Local
Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other provisions
of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.
