This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Cooperative Pricing Ordinance of the Borough of Middlesex."
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Mayor of the Borough of Middlesex is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperative pricing agreement with the lead agency.[1]

The lead agency entering into contracts on behalf of the Borough of Middlesex shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other provisions of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.
