It shall be unlawful for any person, individual, or corporation to burn, set fire to, or cause to be burned or set fire any paper, leather, cloth, boxes, rubbish, or leaves or waste material of any kind within the Village of Holley.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the foregoing chapter shall forfeit and pay to the Village of Holley a fine not to exceed $50 for any offense, recoverable with costs, together with judgment or imprisonment not exceeding six months if the amount of said judgment is not paid. Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
