A Township Planning Commission shall be created and the Board of Supervisors shall appoint the seven members of said Commission. There shall also be up to four nonvoting members of the Planning Commission.
This chapter is passed under authority of the Second Class Township Code, Article XX-A, Sections 2051 through and including Section 2057,[1] and the Township Planning Commission hereunder created shall have all of the powers and duties therein enumerated and shall be organized as herein prescribed.

The Commission shall, annually, at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors, in October of each year, make a report to the Supervisors of its transactions, findings and determinations.
