East Brandywine Township hereby enacts the following article in to order to manage its parks and athletic fields in a manner that will ensure a fair and equitable use of Township facilities to the public through the following means:
A. 
Outline available athletic fields and dates of usage.
B. 
Outline athletic field and Township park facilities scheduling procedures and policies.
C. 
Define reservation fees and charges for use of athletic fields and Township park facilities.
D. 
Define rules and regulations regarding use of athletic fields, Township parks and related facilities.
E. 
Manage the limited number of Township athletic fields and Township park facilities in a fair and equitable manner.
In accordance with the authority provided by Section 2203 of the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. § 67203, East Brandywine Township hereby adopts the following Athletic Field and Township Park Rules, Policies and Procedures, as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein.[1] The Board of Supervisors may amend the Rules, Policies and Procedures by ordinance from time to time. A copy of the Athletic Field and Township Park Rules, Policies and Procedures shall be posted at conspicuous places at each athletic field and Township park.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates or permits a violation of any provision of this article shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding brought before a Magisterial District Judge under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a summary offense and shall be punishable by a fine no less than $50 and no more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, including counsel fees. In default of payment thereof, the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five days. Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision of this article that is violated shall also constitute a separate offense.
