A. No business, profession or occupation shall be conducted or carried
on in such a manner as to restrict, obstruct, prevent or endanger
the free movement of pedestrian traffic along and upon the public
sidewalks of the Borough of Parkside.
B. No person shall place any obstruction in or upon the sidewalks within
the Borough of Parkside.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any trees or other
objects to overhang any of the sidewalks of the Borough of Parkside
at a height of less than nine feet above the surface of said sidewalks.

A. No business, profession or occupation shall be conducted or carried

the free movement of vehicular traffic upon, along, entering or leaving
any public street, highway, alley, intersection or any public or private
driveway within the Borough of Parkside.
B. No person shall place any obstruction in or upon the streets, avenues
or alleys within the Borough of Parkside.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any trees or other
objects to overhang any of the streets, avenues or alleys of the Borough
of Parkside at a height of less than nine feet above the surface of
said streets, avenues or alleys.

A. For the first violation of this article, the penalty shall be a fine
not to exceed $300 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 10 days,
or both.
B. For the second violation of this article committed within the period
of one year of the date of the first violation of this article, the
penalty shall be a fine not to exceed $600 or imprisonment for a period
of not more than 20 days, or both.
C. For each violation after the second violation committed within a
period of one year of the first violation of this article, the penalty
shall be a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for a period
not to exceed 30 days, or both.
