Any violation of this Part 1 shall be subject to a penalty not exceeding
$250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
A violation shall constitute disorderly conduct and the person violating shall
be a disorderly person. After two successive violations of any of the provisions
of this Part 1 by a licensed waste collector, it shall be discretionary in
the judgment of the Town Board to revoke the license of said violating collector.
