A. 
Fuel pumps. The County of York Weights and Measures Department shall charge an inspection fee to every owner or tenant operating a fuel pump. The inspection fee shall be $10 per grade. In other words, if an inspection is performed on a single pump with three separate grades, the total inspection fee for the pump will be $30.
B. 
Scales. The County of York Weights and Measures Department shall charge an inspection fee of $20 per scale inspected and/or tested.
A. 
The County of York Weights and Measures Department shall submit an invoice to the owner or a tenant of the entity operating a fuel pump or scale in a commercial enterprise physically located in the County of York shortly after performing the inspection and/or test.
B. 
The invoice shall be considered past due 30 days after the date of the invoice. Past due invoices are subject to interest at the rate of 1% per month. In the event the County of York is required to retain an attorney to collect the past due invoice, cost of collections, including attorney fees, may be added to the amount of the past due invoice.
