The net pay of all full-time employees of the Township, including
regular part-time Township employees, shall be made by direct deposit
only to a financial institution designated by the employee.
The Chief Financial Officer of the Township shall be responsible
for implementing the provisions of this article, and for the payment
of all employees' compensation through direct deposit.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to establish, and from time to
time to amend, personnel policies and procedures, including rules
concerning the hiring and termination of employees, terms and conditions
of employment, and regulations required to comply with applicable
federal and state employment related laws. Said policies shall be
incorporated in a written Policy Manual, to be kept on file at the
office of the Township Administrator and office of the Township Clerk.
The personnel policies and procedures adopted pursuant to this article
shall be applicable to all employees, prospective employees, municipal
officials, and volunteers. The Township Council shall, by resolution,
approve, reject, or amend any personnel policies formulated and issued
by the Mayor.
The Administrator shall be responsible to implement and enforce
the personnel policies adopted by the Mayor and authorized by resolution
of the Township Council. If there is a conflict between said personnel
practices and any duly adopted and lawful collective bargaining agreements,
personnel services contract, or federal or state law, the terms and
conditions of said agreement, contract or laws shall prevail.
