Editor's Note: This chapter has been enacted in conformance with the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law (c. 291, P.L. 1975) to revise administrative procedures for land use development, including subdivision of land and zoning, in the Township of Jefferson. Where conflicts or inconsistencies exist between this chapter and other chapters or sections of the Code, § 70-38 of this chapter has provided for the repeal of such inconsistencies. Action will be taken in the future by the Township Council to amend other sections of the Code in conformity with this chapter and the Land Use Law.
