It shall be unlawful to operate any motorized vehicle on any
special trails within the Village limits, to include motorized bicycles
and other types of motorized equipment. The only exception would be
the trail that leads to the property located at 7395 Turin Road, Tax
Map #212.06-04-09.100 (commonly known as TOPS Plaza), in the Village.
This section does not restrict use of the personal mobility devices
that operate in accordance to the Americans with Disabilities Act.[1]
