[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of
the Town of Killingworth 6-28-1980. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to § 8-2 of the Connecticut
General Statutes, as amended, the land and use described in a lease
dated May 30, 1980, between the Town of Killingworth and Valley Shore
Emergency Communications, Inc., shall be exempt from the provisions
and regulations of the Town of Killingworth Zoning Regulations, said
use and land to be used to support radio antenna for the dispatch
of all fire and emergency medical units in the Town of Killingworth
and such other towns within the Valley Shore Emergency Communication,
Inc.
