If affixed on a mailbox such number shall be placed on both sides of said box.
D.
The owner of any building that has multiple uses or dwellings shall place the number(s) and name (if applicable) of such building as specified above or as otherwise agreed with the Chief of the Killingworth Volunteer Fire Department.
A.
Any person who violates this chapter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $250 for each violation, with each day to be considered a separate violation.
[Amended 6-11-2008]
B.
Failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter shall be deemed a failure to conform to all state and local regulations as set forth in the State Building Code, with the result that no certificate of occupancy shall be issued to any building that is not property numbered.
