The facilities of the Borough-owned tennis courts situate and located at the southwest corner of Bay Avenue at Pearl Street shall be limited to individuals purchasing official passes for the current season issued by the Borough Clerk or his designee.

A. 
Passes for the purposes stated in § 184-1 hereby will be issued by the Municipal Clerk or his/her designee in accordance with the following fee schedule:

(1) 
Daily pass: $7 per person.
(2) 
Weekly or any fractional part thereof: $30 per person.
(3) 
Resident season pass: $90 per person.
(4) 
Nonresident season pass: $110 per person. Proof of residence shall be provided by New Jersey driver's license, tax, water, or sewer bill, or twelve-month lease, and may include any dependents residing in the home. The Borough Manager may approve other proof of residence on a case-by-case basis.
(5) 
No fees shall be charged to or collected from any person who has served in any of the Armed Forces of the United States and who was discharged or released therefrom under conditions other than dishonorable and who either has served at least 90 days in active duty or has been discharged or released from active duty by reason of a service-incurred injury or disability upon presentation of acceptable proof of discharge to the Borough Clerk or other Borough employee responsible for collecting the fee.
B. 
Tennis lessons will be available at the public courts with a Borough-employed tennis pro at the following rates:
(1) 
Individual: $60 per hour.
(2) 
More than one individual: $80 per hour.
C. 
The fees as above set forth are for the purpose of raising revenue.
All passes issued in accordance with the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be nontransferable.
A. 
All persons utilizing the tennis court facilities shall be required to exhibit their passes to the attendant on duty when requested.
B. 
Assignment of court space and allocation of court time shall be strictly adhered to.
All persons utilizing the tennis court facilities do so at their own risk.[2]
