Hereafter it shall be illegal to park or drive any motor vehicle, motorcycle or conveyance of any kind on any property, except public places or places to which the public is invited, without the prior written permission of the owner of such property.
The driver of any such vehicle or conveyance, when leaving the same on private property, shall place such written permission in a conspicuous place (in the case of an automobile or truck, on the dashboard in front of the steering wheel) in such a manner that it may easily be read from the outside of the vehicle.
In the event of any such vehicle or conveyance being parked on private property in violation of this chapter, the Police Department is authorized to cause such vehicle to be towed away, and in such event the owner shall be obliged to pay the reasonable costs of towing in order to retrieve possession of such vehicle.
Hereafter it shall be illegal for any person to trespass upon any private property by foot without prior written permission of the owner, which written permission must be in the possession of the person or persons going upon any privately owned lands.[1]
