The following fees and charges are hereby fixed for furnishing reproductions of various municipal records, furnishing billing information and for other governmental services by the municipal departments and offices of the Borough.
A. 
Tax Office.

(1) 
Effective January 1, 2021, the Borough shall be reimbursed by the contractor for the cost of police officers used for work zone safety projects at the rate of $85 per officer per hour or any part thereof, plus a $12-per-hour charge for vehicles and a $4-per-hour administrative charge.
(2) 
Effective January 1, 2022, the Borough shall be reimbursed by the contractor for the cost of police officers used for work zone safety projects at the rate of $95 per officer per hour or any part thereof, plus a $14-per-hour charge for vehicles and a $5-per-hour administrative charge.
(3) 
Effective January 1, 2023, the Borough shall be reimbursed by the contractor for the cost of police officers used for work zone safety projects at the rate of $100 per officer per hour or any part thereof, plus a $16-per-hour charge for vehicles and a $6-per-hour administrative charge.
(4) 
The Borough shall be reimbursed by the contractor for the cost of firefighters used for work zone safety projects at the rate of $40 per firefighter per hour or any part thereof plus payroll tax employer expenses, plus an $80 per-hour charge for fire apparatus and a $2 per-hour administrative charge.

K. 
Security work. The Borough shall be reimbursed by the contractor for the cost of police officers used for security work at the rate of $65 per officer per hour or any part thereof, plus a two-dollar-per-hour administrative charge.

L. 
Effective July 1, 2022, police officers shall receive a minimum of four hours pay for work zone safety projects and security work.

M. 
Effective July 1, 2022, any contractor, utility company, entity or person who contacts the Police Department to cancel or reschedule the request less than two hours of the start of the assignment shall be required to pay the police officers a minimum of four hours.

All fees and charges collected in accordance with the foregoing schedule shall be turned over to the Tax Collector by the respective municipal departments.
Nothing herein contained shall prevent any citizen of this state from reasonably inspecting any public record maintained by any municipal department during regular business hours, nor shall any citizen of this state be prevented from copying any such public records by hand during regular business hours under the supervision of the custodian of said records.
