The concept plat shall show or be accompanied by the following information:
A. 
Subdivision name, applicant and their address.
B. 
Location map, North arrow, scale and date.
C. 
Boundary lines, dimensions of lots.
D. 
Topography at contour intervals no greater than two feet.
E. 
Adjoining property owners' names and tax identification numbers.
F. 
Plat shows schematic utility service.
A. 
The preliminary plat shall show or be accompanied by the following information:
(1) 
Proposed subdivision name or identifying title.
(2) 
Location map.
(3) 
Title, date and North arrow.
(4) 
Topography at intervals of no more than two-foot contour intervals.

(5) 
Name and address of applicant.
(6) 
Name and address of professional engineer, land surveyor and/or architect.
(7) 
Name of adjoining property owners and tax identification numbers.

(8) 
Dimensions and bearings or angles of all property boundary lines.
(9) 
Name, location and width of adjacent streets.
(10) 
Location and sizes of existing utilities and widths of easements.
(11) 
Location and sizes of features such as trees, buildings, streams, etc.
(12) 
The proposed structure(s) and/or lots.
(13) 
Proposed parking and/or street and sidewalk layout.
(14) 
Location and proposed size of utilities (storm, sanitary and water mains) with preliminary grades.
(15) 
Proposed preliminary grading and street profiles.

B. 
Plats shall be drawn at a standard scale of not more than 50 feet to one inch.
A. 
The site plan or plat shall be prepared on Mylar, linen or acceptable reproducible material with a size of 22 inches by 34 inches and shall be drawn to scale no smaller than 50 feet to one inch.
B. 
The final plat shall include the following information:
(1) 
Title, scale, date and North arrow.
(2) 
Name and address of applicant.
(3) 
Name and signature of professional engineer, land surveyor and/or architect.
(4) 
Names of adjoining property owners.
(5) 
Location, names and widths of existing and proposed streets.
(6) 
Typical cross sections and details of street pavements, including curbs, sidewalks, manholes, catch basins and trench details.
(7) 
Profiles of proposed streets and/or parking areas.
(8) 
Profiles of all existing and proposed storm, sanitary and water mains.
(9) 
Final grading plan, including landscaping proposed.
(10) 
Certification by a licensed professional engineer and a licensed land surveyor as evidence of professional responsibility for the preparation of the subdivision plat and construction drawings.

C. 
Approval boxes shall be provided for the following:
(1) 
Superintendent of Public Works: one-inch by three-inch box.
(2) 
Town/Village Engineer: one-inch by three-inch box.
(3) 
Building Inspector: one-inch by three-inch box.
(4) 
Monroe County Health Department: three-inch by six-inch box.
(5) 
Zoning Board of Appeals Chairman: one-inch by three-inch box.

(6) 
Town/Village Administrator: one-inch by three-inch box.

D. 
The final plat shall include thereon or shall be accompanied by:
(1) 
Protective covenants, easements, if any, in form for recording.

(2) 
The subdivider shall tender offers of cession in a form certified as satisfactory by the Town/Village Attorney of all land included in streets, highways or parks, not specifically reserved by him, but approval of the plat by the Zoning Board of Appeals shall not constitute an acceptance by the Town/Village of the dedication of any street, highway or park or other open public areas.

(3) 
A check in the amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees per lot made payable to the Town/Village of East Rochester as a recreation fee.
