If for any reason any part or section of the South Harrison Township Land Use Ordinance shall be declared to be unconstitutional by the courts, the remaining sections thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
All land development regulations previously adopted by the Township of South Harrison, and amendments thereto, shall be and are hereby repealed. All other ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the terms of this chapter are hereby repealed.

This chapter shall be enforced by the Zoning Officer, who may be the Construction Official of the Township. For any and every violation of the provisions of this chapter, the owner, general agent or contractor of a building or premises where such violation has been committed or shall exist, and the lessee or tenant of an entire building or entire premises where such violations have been committed or shall exist, and the owner, general agent, contractor, lessee or tenant of any part of a building or premises in which part such violations has been committed or shall exist, and the general agent, architect, building contractor or any other person who commits, takes part or assists in such violation or who maintains any building or premises in which any such violation shall exist, shall, for each and every day that such violation continues, be subject to the penalties provided by § 1-14 of this Code.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon its final passage, publication and filing with the Gloucester County Planning Board as required by law.
