There is hereby established the position of
Deputy Municipal Clerk.
The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall be appointed
annually by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council.
The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall receive such
compensation as is from time to time determined by the Mayor and Council.
The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall serve as the
Municipal Clerk in the absence of the Municipal Clerk. In addition,
the Deputy Municipal Clerk shall perform such duties as are from time
to time assigned by the Municipal Clerk and/or the Mayor and Council.
