Trucks over four tons' gross weight are excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule I (§
149-11), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except that it shall be lawful for trucks weighing in excess of the foregoing limit to be used on said street or streets for the conduct of all legitimate business with the owners or residents of premises which are only accessible by the use of said street or streets or to be used for the maintenance or installation of utilities on said street or streets or about said premises.

Trucks over 10 tons' gross weight are excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IA (§
149-11.1), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except that it shall be lawful for trucks weighing in excess of the foregoing limit to be used on said street or streets for the conduct of all legitimate business with the owners or residents of premises which are only accessible by the use of said street or streets or to be used for the maintenance or installation of utilities on said street or streets or about said premises.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding
15 days, or both.
