The traffic signal installation shall be in
accordance with the provisions of an Act Concerning Motor Vehicles
and Traffic Violations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes
of New Jersey, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained
in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation of
the State of New Jersey.
