All records maintained by the Township of Long Beach and any of its various departments, offices and agencies shall be maintained in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 47:1 et seq.
All records maintained by the Township of Long Beach and its various departments, offices and agencies shall be available for inspection pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

Any person desiring a copy of any public record pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 47:1-1 et seq. shall be permitted to obtain a copy of public records which are permitted to be copied upon the payment of the following fees:[1]
A. 
Five cents per page for letter size pages and $0.07 per page for legal size pages.
B. 
Actual postage for any discovery sent by mail.
C. 
Twenty-five cents for the envelope for any discovery sent by mail.
D. 
Photographs will be photocopied at the rates established herein. If requests are made for duplicate photographs, the actual cost of making the photographs shall be charged.
E. 
Duplication of videotapes constitutes an extraordinary duplication process and will be charged at the rate of $5 per videotape.
F. 
On any item that cannot be photocopied on the Township copy machine or not otherwise provided for in this schedule, the actual cost incurred in making the copy shall be charged.

Any person shall be permitted to obtain copies upon payment of the fees hereinabove set forth in § 146-3.
All requests for discovery and matters pending in the Long Beach Township Municipal Court shall be submitted through the Municipal Prosecutor's Office who shall supply discovery upon payment.
For any discovery obtained from an entity other than the Township of Long Beach, another police department or the State Police, the cost paid to the other entity shall be paid by defense counsel or defendant seeking discovery.
