The plat shall be based on Tax Map information
or some other similarly accurate base at a scale of one inch equals
100 feet to enable the entire tract to be shown on one sheet, 12 inches
by 18 inches, or in compliance with N.J.S.A. 46:23-9.9 et seq., and
show or include the following information:
A. The location of that portion which is to be subdivided
in relation to the entire tract.
B. All existing structures within the portion to be subdivided.
C. The name of the owner and all adjoining property owners
as well as all owners directly across any street or easement, as disclosed
by the most recent municipal tax records.
D. The Tax Map sheet, block and lot numbers and block
and lot numbers of adjoining property owners, as well as those across
any street or easement.
E. All existing or proposed streets or roads within or
adjoining the subdivision, setting forth the names of the streets
or roads and the right-of-way widths thereof.
F. Distance in feet to nearest the intersection.
G. Dimensions of all lots concerned, including square
footage of each lot.

I. A title block which shall contain the name and address
of the owner, the name and address of the licensed New Jersey professional
engineer or land surveyor preparing the plat, the Tax Map lot and
block designation of the lands to be subdivided and the date on which
the plat was prepared, together with the scale used.
