A. 
It shall be unlawful for a person or persons to sleep within the City limits of Margate City, New Jersey, in a motor vehicle in a public place.
B. 
The penalty for violation of this section shall be in the amount of $100.

Any person who shall be charged with a violation of any of the above sections shall be tried by the Judge and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both.
