The sketch plat shall be based upon Tax Map
information at a scale not less than 200 feet to the inch, shall show
the entire tract on one sheet and include the following information:
A. Certification by a licensed surveyor, engineer or
planner.
B. Lot and block numbers should be checked by the Township
Engineer.
C. Existing structures in subdivided portion.
D. Existing structures within 200 feet of the tract.
E. Existing wooded area in the subdivided portion.
F. Existing wooded area within 200 feet of the tract.
G. Name and address of all adjoining owners within 200
feet of the tract.
I. Portion of the tract to be subdivided.
J. Streets and roads within 500 feet of the tract.
K. Stream (and direction of flow) within 500 feet of
the tract.
L. Location of property on Tax Map overlay. All property
lines existing and proposed.
M. Number of lots to be subdivided.
N. Existing utility easements.
O. Existing floodplain easements.
Q. Right-of-way dedications.
R. Certification by the owner that the applicant is the
agent or owner of the land or that the owner has given consent under
an option agreement.
S. Floor elevation of all existing buildings and structures,
and the existing zoning.
T. A copy of any protective covenants or deed restrictions
applying to the land being subdivided shall be submitted.
U. A certificate of the Tax Collector that all taxes
on subdivision are paid.
