There may be a data processing center for the
use of any department, office, board, committee or agency of the town,
including the School Committee and any public authority or special
district within the town.

There shall be a Coordinator of the data processing
center who shall supervise and control the data processing center
and who shall provide programs and systems for the collection, processing,
storage and retrieval of information and the preparation of reports.
The Coordinator shall be appointed by the Select Board and may also
serve in any other public office or position in the town.
There shall be an Advisory Board, consisting
of one designee of each department, office, board, committee or agency
of the town which uses the services of the data processing center.

Rules and regulations for the maintenance, operation
and use of the data processing center may from time to time be made
and amended by the Advisory Board, with the approval of the Select
Board, or by the Coordinator with the approval of the Select Board.

Any and all disputes arising from the application
of this bylaw, or the rules and regulations thereunder, shall be first
determined by the Coordinator, whose decision may be appealed to the
Advisory Board, whose decision may be appealed to the Select Board,
whose decision shall be final.
