The operation, use or maintenance of any motor
vehicles, whether registered or unregistered, by any person other
than a Town employee or officer acting within the scope of his/her
employment or office with the Town or under the terms of a contract
with the Town upon any area of land owned, maintained or operated
by the Town, other than a public way, a private way, recorded right-of-way
or designated drive or parking area, is hereby prohibited unless expressly
authorized by prior written consent of the Select Board or other Town
agency having control of that land.
The violation of this Part 3 shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $200 for each and every offense.
