As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
The Town's Board of Public Works, the Board of Health,
the Town police, special police and any other locally designated body
or official having police powers.
Agents of the Enforcement Authority may enter any property for
the purpose of inspecting or investigating any violation of this Part
1, or enforcing against the same.
The invalidity of any portion or provision of this chapter shall
not invalidate any other portion or provision thereof.
