A.
There shall be a minimum of one toilet and one lavatory provided
per sex at all places where food or drink is prepared, handled or
served to the public for consumption on the premises, mobile units
excepted. Such facilities shall be conveniently located as determined
by the Board of Health.
B.
In establishments not affected by 248 CMR, there shall be made available
to the public a minimum of one toilet and one lavatory per sex in
all establishments where food is prepared, handled and/or served to
the public for consumption on or off the premises, mobile units excepted.
Such facilities shall be located as defined by current rules and regulations.
