Bare feet shall be prohibited in business establishments, etc., in markets,
supermarkets, stores, package stores, laundromats, restaurants, taverns, bars,
cafes, drugstores, ice cream parlors, shopping outlets, orders-to-go restaurants
or any business establishment that displays a "No Bare Feet" sign.
Failure to comply with this chapter shall be punishable as provided
for in the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
