Hazardous materials and hazardous substances stored on construction
sites shall be contained in vandalproof enclosures.
Containment shall be in a securely locked trailer or a securely locked
chain link enclosure or other vandalproof containment or enclosure as approved
by the Board of Health and the Franklin Fire Department.
An application for storage of these hazardous materials or substances
shall be filed with the Board of Health.
The permit fee will be $5.
