There shall be no burying on land with a private water supply and septic
tanks, except where large amounts of land are available with considerable
distance from water and leaching fields.
A plan of every site shall be placed on file with the Board of Health
office, with specific measurements from lot lines.

The fee for inspection shall be as established in Chapter
82, Fees, of the Code the Town of Franklin, upon application; fee for Health Agent.
Soil conditions have to be checked; no water areas.
Four feet above water table (backhoe).
Proper cover shall be six inches of gravel; loamed properly; restricted
for building.
There shall be no burying on property edges.
No saturated creosote objects, such as railway ties, etc., shall be
buried.
For termite prevention, a long-residue pesticide shall be used; DDT
is best, but a license must be obtained.
This chapter may be revised at any time at the discretion of the Board
of Health.
