GENERAL REFERENCES
Fees — See Ch. 82.
All Laundromats doing business in the Town of Franklin, Massachusetts,
shall apply to the Franklin Board of Health for a license.
[Amended 12-9-1987 by Bylaw Amendment 87-116]
The fee for a license will be as established in Chapter 82, Fees, of the Code of the Town of Franklin.
The license shall be posted in a conspicuous manner or place in the
establishment, in view and displayed to the public.
An attendant of the licensed laundromat must be available at all times
during posted business hours.
Periodic inspections will be made by the Board of Health.
