It shall be unlawful in the Town of Franklin
to distribute, sell or offer or expose for sale, at wholesale or retail,
or to use any septic tank cleaner or cesspool cleaner containing any
of the following organic or inorganic chemicals: methalene chloride,
orthodichlorobenzene, 1,1,1, trichloroethane, and napthalene.
The Board shall be empowered to enforce the
provisions of this regulation.
Failure to comply with this regulation shall
be punishable as provided for in MGL C. 111, §§ 188
and 189.
