No person shall conduct a public dance, bowling alley or other public
place of amusement between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
No public dance shall be conducted, except if there is present a police
officer in uniform, who shall be designated by the Chief of Police and whose
services shall be paid for by the person conducting the dance. This requirement
may be waived by the Chief of Police.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be
fined not more than twenty dollars ($20.) for each offense.
