No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage,
destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment
which is a part of the POTW. Any person who knowingly makes any false statement,
representation, record, report, plan or other documentation filed with the
municipality or who falsifies, tampers with or knowingly renders inaccurate
any monitoring device or method required under this Part shall be punished
by the town.
