No parcel of land shall be subdivided to create one or more new lots, nor shall the lot lines of existing lots be altered unless approved by the Board of Trustees, which is herein declared to be the Planning Board, in accordance with Village Law §§ 7-728 through 7-732, and such other rules and regulations established by resolution of the Board of Trustees.

A. 
A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) consistent with the requirements of Chapter 43 shall be required for preliminary subdivision plat approval.
B. 
A stormwater pollution prevention plan consistent with the requirements of Chapter 43 and with the terms of preliminary plan approval shall be required for final subdivision plat approval.
